HOW TO GET TO THE LOCATION
ADworld Experience will be held at Zanhotel Europa, via Boldrini 11, Bologna, Italy.
BY CAR
Exit the highway at “Bologna Fiera”, proceed towards the city centre, following indications to the railway station. Take via Giovanni Amendola and take the first turn on the right. Zanhotel Europa provides private parking at 10€ per day.
BY TRAIN
Get out the railway station and turn right on viale Pietramellara, then left on via Amendola, then take the first street on the right via Boldrini and proceed to street number 11 (the distance from the station is about 200 m).
BY PLANE
To get to the event’s venue from Bologna airport (BLQ) you can use an automatic driverless shuttle train (Marconi Express) to central railway station (200m away from the venue), active every day from 5:30 to 24:00 (approximate cost 8€, 7 minutes trip) or take a taxi (approximate cost will be around 15€ for a 10 minutes trip).
ON LINE
If you registered for the event you can switch to a live online streaming, instead of coming to Bologna, just contacting us until the day before the event (we will respond anyway during it, but cannot grant real time replies).
You will miss spaghetti bolognese (whose real name is spaghetti al ragù) tortellini & mortadella, we did not succeed to digitalize everything yet 🙂
SERVICES AND LOGISTICS
Zanhotel Europa in Bologna offers to all participants at the event very interesting conventions for the overnight stay during the conference (B&B treatment):
- Single room € 100
- Double or twin room € 130
To get these discounted rates you must contact directly the hotel by mail or phone, specifying that you are joining the event (the offer is subject to rooms availability).
On Thursday night, at 19:30 at Zanhotel Europa (the same event’s location), we will make a networking party with speakers and participants. Participants with 2 days passes will be enlisted automatically, but the party is open to all (for non-registered guests entrance fee is 30€ / person).
During the event, all participants will be offered a buffet lunch (from 13:00 to 14:00) and 2 coffee breaks, (one in the morning and one in the afternoon).
The schedule of these breaks has been specifically organized to facilitate the interaction among participants and speakers.
Every participant will receive a welcome kit including the event program and goodies from the sponsors. Links to download slides and view videos will be sent via email withing 2 weeks after the event.
Zanhotel Europa is equipped with free Wi-Fi connection, but given the high number of participants, we will not be able to ensure 100% speed and continuity of service. If you have an alternative mobile connection we suggest to bring it with you.
