The ticket includes:

• Participation on 10/5/23 (advanced seminars) and 10/6/23 (real PPC cases) live in Bologna or via live streaming in real time;
• Networking Party with speakers and other participants on 10/5/23 evening (for live participants only);
• Possibility to ask questions to the speakers through the conference app;
• Videos of all sessions on both days;
• Slides of all sessions on both days.

It is possible to change the registration from live to streaming up to the day before the event asking for it via mail (switching from streaming to live is subject to availability and may have an extra cost).
We do not guarantee answers in real time on the days of the event.

The streaming connection will be on a customized version of Google Meet, accessible via login on the event’s website (it will not be possible to log in with multiple devices at the same time with the same user/pwd) and you will be able to ask questions through the official app of the event.

TAX STATEMENT

Prices will be added of 22% Italian Value Added Tax.
According to the European Union VAT Directive, conferences are classified as a service supplied where performed, and therefore the VAT of the country hosting the conference must be charged.
Article 53 and 54 of the VAT Directive states that “cultural, artistic, sporting, scientific, educational, entertainment and similar activities are taxed at the place where those services are physically carried out”.
VAT is therefore charged regardless of the delegate’s home country or tax status. This means that VAT will need to be paid by both non-EU as well as EU citizens or VAT ID holders.
Certain EU regulations permit VAT paid in member countries to be reclaimed. For further information, please contact your local tax authorities.
